Subject:       TENDER NOTICE 



                Sealed  bids  are  invited  from  well-reputed  publishers  for  the  
publication  of  College   magazine   “   Nakhlistan”  Rules,   regulations  and  
specifications  of  the  magazine  can  be  obtained  or  seen  in  the  College  office  
during working hours on demand. An amount 2% (150 per copy)       approximately  
of the total bid money should reach the office of the undersigned by 11-02-2017.  
Tenders,  form  for  an  amount  of  Rs.  500/-  (Un-refundable)  are  available  the  
College office.  



CONDITIONS FOR TENDER NOTICE 

Conditions: 

1. The size of the magazine will be 30/8x20. 

2. The Publishing will be on Roland printing. 

3. The paper will be of 68 grams High Finish Flying. 

4. The magazine will consist of 200 Urdu 70 Saraiki/Punjabi pages and total 300 pages (English, Urdu, Saraiki, Punjabi and colour). 

5. The four colour pictures will consist of 30 pages including 2 pages of staff pictures of 10x7.5 size on Art paper of 90 grams. 

6. Computer composing is compulsory. 

7. Composing will be in English, Urdu and Arabic language. 

8. High quality binding. 

9. Four colour title would be laminated for both sides (Urdu and English) on 310 grams Art card.

10. Magazine would be supplied to the Principal’s Office within one month after the receiving the material. 

11. Rates should be submitted inclusive all Govt. taxes i.e. income tax and GST. 

12. Tender should reach this office within 15 days from the publication of advertisement. 

13. The publisher is bound to provide this press declaration, income tax number and sales tax number alongwith the copy of the document. 

14. Call deposit of 2% of the total estimated cost will be submitted with tender. 

15. The successful publisher has to submit 5% as Security Amount. 

16. Sealed tenders will be opened in the office of the undersigned on the last day of the submission of tender at 12:30 PM in the presence of the bidders. 

17. Composed material has to supply to the college, after Proof reading and correction the composed material then be got rechecked from the college. 

18. The rate of colour page and other page has to submit separately, so that the total rate can be calculated in the height of that rate. 

19. Approximate number of magazine is 3500. 

All tenders should be submitted in the light of above rules and regulations.
